    As an Internet marketer and Cellerciser® rebounder enthusiast, I do a lot of reading on health and nutrition. It keeps me quite busy.

  • Email From a New Cellerciser Mini-Trampoline Customer

    As always, it's great to hear from Cellerciser customers. I opened my email one morning this month to read a nice letter from a wonderful lady living in New Jersey.

    Hi Greg (my name is often times misspelled),

    I just wanted you to know that I received the Cellerciser on Mondayas scheduled and have been rebounding every day.  I am a 58 year oldfemale with a little too much weight and some arthritis in my knees. Everything I have read and seen about this product is true.  Although Iam experiencing some soreness the next day from using body parts thathave been sitting dormant (I also used it sitting down), I have had nopain in my ankles, knees, back, etc.  I have used the Cellerciserwearing shoes and barefoot and have great stability.  I wanted thestabilizer bar because I was not sure of my balance, but I did notinstall that until yesterday after watching the DVD so I could do someof the different exercises I saw there. I actually found that I did notneed the bar otherwise.

    I really do love this piece of equipment.  I have been looking for along time to find a safe and fun way to exercise.  I have joined gyms,gone out running, etc.  Since menopause, it has been a struggle.  I wasalways slim and exercise was easy and productive.  Since then, my bodydoes not process food the same way and for the last couple of years, Ihave just resigned myself to this weight.  In my 20s  I weighed 120pounds.  More recently, in my 40s I found that a weight of around 145worked well for me.  I am 5'8".  Anyway, I feel much more strain on myarthritic knees at 175.  My first goal is to just get back into shape. I know that the weight will follow.  At any rate, I just wanted to tellyou my story.

  • Rebound Exercise's Role in Weight Loss
